Owns end-to-end delivery of early careers programs for interns and analysts, including onboarding, learning, performance management, stakeholder communication, and program completion. Supports managers and participants, monitors progress, resolves issues, maintains documentation, and drives continuous improvement. Uses data, reporting, technology, and process optimization to improve program efficiency, consistency, and participant experience.

Build and maintain full-stack applications for BNY’s Custody Enterprise Platform using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, and related technologies. Develop microservices, APIs, automated tests, secure data access, CI/CD pipelines, and observability capabilities. Apply AI-assisted coding and integrate responsible AI features with guardrails, auditability, evaluation frameworks, and robust telemetry. Collaborate with product and technology teams on requirements, architecture, documentation, code reviews, and production releases.

Provides independent oversight of liquidity risk management, develops risk frameworks and limits, conducts technical analysis and stress testing, and presents risk findings to senior leadership. Partners with Treasury, Finance, business units, and risk teams to improve liquidity monitoring through data-driven tools, automation, and technology. The role requires expertise in liquidity and treasury risk, funding, cash flow projections, deposit modeling, liquidity metrics, governance, and risk appetite.

Leads BNY’s global marketing AI strategy, operating model, governance, and multi-year roadmap. Oversees AI initiatives from pilot through production, including agentic workflows, content supply chains, campaign operations, search visibility, and client engagement. Evaluates vendors and architectures, establishes policies and risk controls, manages executive investment cases and value realization, and partners with engineering, data, compliance, legal, and marketing teams. Builds the Marketing AI team and drives adoption across a global, regulated organization.

Supports product development for BNY’s Loans Enablement Platform by managing backlogs, documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzing workflows, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The role contributes to discovery, testing, implementation, prioritization, governance, and post-launch improvements, while assessing opportunities involving loans modernization, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI.

Owns the product backlog for a loans enablement platform capability, setting priorities, defining requirements, managing dependencies, and coordinating delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams. The role shapes roadmaps, evaluates modernization opportunities, supports investment cases, and translates developments in loans, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI into platform outcomes.
