Leads external communications for BNY’s wealth and investment businesses, developing strategic campaigns, narratives, media programs, and messaging for retail investors, financial advisors, and financial services audiences. Responsibilities include integrating credit, loss modeling, treasury, macroeconomic, and country risk inputs; challenging assumptions and methodologies; developing scenarios; evaluating stress results; and translating quantitative findings into actionable insights for senior management and governance bodies. The role also advances stress testing governance, methodologies, and strategic decision support while serving as a senior thought partner on emerging risks and framework evolution.

Leads product strategy, development, and launch initiatives for wealth management products. Acts as a product management thought leader, drives roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, coordinates multiple Scrum teams, and influences technical and design direction. Conducts competitive, market, and financial analysis while collaborating with senior product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment.

Support Software Asset Management and software governance across the full software lifecycle. Manage licensing, entitlements, compliance, upgrades, EOL/EOS transitions, retirement, offboarding, RFCs, and lifecycle data. Analyze and reconcile complex datasets, maintain governance and audit-ready records, manage shared mailbox requests, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation independently.

Perform complex fund and client accounting, including net asset value calculations, performance reporting, expense allocations, reconciliations, and client reports. Lead service improvements, evaluate GAAP and IFRS impacts, resolve atypical transactions, review junior staff work, and provide guidance to team members and clients.
