Seeking a corporate/commercial attorney to provide legal support for Mastercard Services, handling commercial contracts and advising business units on compliance and strategic issues.

The Manager, Corporate Treasury will lead Mastercard's cash investment strategy, manage investment portfolios, and prepare financial reports while ensuring compliance and seeking yield opportunities.

The Director will oversee global risk assessment, drive compliance governance, and support risk management capabilities, collaborating across multiple teams.

Manage delivery and administration of North America benefits and wellbeing programs, vendor relationships, HRIS data, benefits communications, escalated employee inquiries, TPRM coordination, contract review, and analytics to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely program execution.

The Director will drive growth for loyalty platform sales in North America, developing sales strategies and building client relationships to secure multimillion-dollar deals, while articulating value propositions to senior executives.
