Leads customer success for Mastercard’s North American small and medium enterprise segment. Owns customer health, retention, renewals, expansion, revenue forecasting, strategic account planning, executive relationships, escalations, and commercial performance. Partners with Sales, Product, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Support to deliver customer value, improve service delivery, influence product direction, and achieve growth objectives. The role also manages or oversees senior Customer Success Managers and represents customer needs internally.

Manage regulatory licensing, reporting, examination readiness, obligation inventories, control assessments, remediation tracking, and regulatory submissions for Mastercard’s payments and digital assets business. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Finance, and business teams across U.S. and international jurisdictions. Prepare regulator communications, board and management reporting, compliance metrics, risk assessments, and evidence supporting examinations and licensing obligations.

Leads Mastercard’s strategic minority investment process, including business case development, cross-functional diligence, transaction negotiation, executive investment materials, and portfolio management. Evaluates prospective investments, tracks performance and milestones, supports valuation and monitoring of broader strategic investments, and reports to senior executives and the Board. Requires strong financial modeling, accounting, valuation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategic finance preferred.

Manages Mastercard’s debt capital markets activities, including debt issuance, credit facility renewals, commercial paper, share repurchases, banking relationships, interest expense forecasting, and debt portfolio reporting. Oversees SEC disclosures, payments, controls, audits, and process improvements while supporting corporate treasury projects and maintaining relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.

Lead design, execution, and oversight of Mastercard's global sanctions and export control compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include policy and control enhancements, enterprise risk assessments, sanctions screening oversight, incident investigations, training and communications, due diligence for M&A, new product reviews, regulatory exam and audit support, and senior management reporting.

Define and advance Mastercard’s enterprise data architecture strategy across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Lead modernization of global data platforms, establish architecture standards, enable batch and real-time analytics, and promote Data Mesh and data-as-a-product capabilities. Ensure security, resiliency, governance, regulatory compliance, and scalability across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Advise executive stakeholders, evaluate emerging AI-enabled data technologies, and mentor global engineering teams.

Leads Mastercard’s enterprise data architecture strategy across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Defines secure, resilient, compliant architecture standards; modernizes legacy platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP; and advances Data Mesh, real-time streaming, batch analytics, and AI-enabled data capabilities. Serves as a senior technical authority and executive advisor, evaluates emerging technologies, drives architecture governance, and mentors global engineering teams.

Lead execution of North American B2B secular shift programs to drive card adoption and spend. Manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment, KPI reporting, pilots, scaling initiatives, market and customer insights, and commercial execution with Sales, Product, Partnerships, analytics, risk, and operations to deliver measurable growth.

Leads product strategy, discovery, roadmap execution, backlog management, and feature prioritization for Mastercard’s technology cost transparency platform. Partners with Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations to translate business and financial requirements into technical capabilities, user stories, and delivery plans. Oversees dependencies, releases, platform performance, adoption metrics, stakeholder reviews, and continuous improvement across enterprise technology initiatives.

Provide privacy and data protection counsel for blockchain, digital assets, crypto payments, stablecoins, fraud, and emerging payment products. Advise business, product, compliance, security, and legal teams; support BVNK integration; develop privacy controls and governance; negotiate privacy terms in contracts; monitor global regulatory developments; and deliver privacy and cybersecurity training.
