Process ACH, wire, card, and credit repayment transactions; issue rewards and credits; maintain credit and card settings; manage payment exceptions, returns, fraud holds, and compliance escalations. Produce delinquency reports, support standby letters of credit, coordinate with banking and internal teams, and improve payment workflows through documentation and automation.

Own employee IT support and the technology backbone for Rho’s NYC office and distributed team. Manage macOS and Windows devices, MDM, identity and SaaS systems, onboarding and offboarding, office networking, AV, conference rooms, and IT assets. Build scalable processes, documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources while partnering with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.

Own Rho’s marketing data infrastructure, metrics definitions, dbt models, attribution, and reporting in Snowflake. Integrate marketing, CRM, advertising, analytics, referral, and call-platform data; reconcile conflicting funnel and CAC metrics; and build recurring executive reporting. Manage reverse ETL activation, marketing systems hygiene, PII handling, taxonomy, data contracts, instrumentation, documentation, and monitoring. Partner with data engineering while serving as the sole owner of marketing measurement and data quality.

Investigate fraud and AML alerts, conduct transaction monitoring, prepare SARs, support KYC/CDD reviews, document audit-ready investigations, and perform root-cause analysis. The role collaborates with compliance, operations, and client services teams to improve detection systems, recover losses, reduce financial crime risk, and maintain regulatory compliance and productivity standards.

Supports multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and offsites, preparing agendas and briefings, handling confidential information, tracking leadership action items, and driving projects to completion. The role also uses AI tools to improve scheduling, drafting, and research, while assisting with events and office logistics as needed.

Own the SMB revenue engine by responding rapidly to inbound leads, reactivating dormant accounts, booking meetings for higher-value opportunities, and closing lower-value deals through funding. Build and improve CRM workflows, routing, alerting, sequencing, and automation. Execute weekly Growth and Marketing experiments, report performance honestly, and continuously optimize pipeline operations while owning quota in an evolving early-stage sales motion.

Own and govern Rho’s coded design system, including architecture, tokens, primitives, motion, documentation, contribution models, and standards. Partner equally with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to enable consistent, high-quality product delivery. Define the visual and interaction language, design complex financial workflows, conduct research and QA, and ship polished experiences in an in-person New York environment.

The VP of Product at Rho will shape product vision, lead a team of product managers, and ensure alignment with company strategy while focusing on customer needs and product execution.

As a Design Technologist, you will own product areas, design through prototyping, understand customer needs, set product direction, and elevate design standards while using AI tools.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for Rho: source and build relationships with top tech talent, improve hiring processes and talent brand, leverage AI and experimentation, run disciplined searches and metrics-driven recruiting, coach hiring managers, and support broader People functions. Onsite in NYC five days a week.
