Act as a fiduciary financial advisor to founders, executives, and business owners. Provide comprehensive financial planning, investment and retirement advice, develop long-term client relationships, deliver personalized recommendations, ensure compliance with SEC/RIA policies, partner with product and treasury teams, and support business development and process improvements.

As a Software Engineer at Rho, you will build financial infrastructure, work across tech stacks, engage with customers, and leverage AI tools, all while driving improvements based on user feedback.

Work on data projects to detect and prevent churn and identify growth signals by designing experiments, building predictive and probabilistic models, extracting signals from unstructured data (LLMs), analyzing graph/network features, backtesting signals, and collaborating across teams to improve retention, product direction, and GTM efficiency while communicating results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own product marketing: positioning, new-market entries, launches, website messaging, GTM playbooks, sales enablement, SMB segmentation, customer research and adoption programs, Rho Labs AI narrative, customer marketing, and manage one product marketer.

Own client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish. Train and support clients, act as primary contact, gather feedback, drive product adoption, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve processes and launch product enhancements.
