Maintain policy documentation, coordinate carrier performance reviews, and support claims navigation and resolution.

Lead the Deal Desk as a senior individual contributor: manage escalations, enforce pricing and approval compliance, build playbooks, automate workflows, and drive process and tooling improvements. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex deals, track performance metrics, and support month-end/quarter-end close activities. Mentor associates and represent the Senior Manager in cross-functional forums.
