Lead global compensation strategy and team, design and administer short- and long-term incentive and equity programs, prepare executive compensation analyses and proxy materials, manage year-end planning, ensure compliance with pay-transparency laws, forecast equity usage, and partner with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to communicate total compensation.

Provide business affairs legal support for entertainment and technology matters: draft, negotiate, and track commercial agreements across music, talent, technology, marketing and distribution; advise internal stakeholders on IP, copyright, corporate and contractual issues; assess legal risks; and support publishing labels in a fast-paced, in-person New York office environment.

The Product Manager will coordinate data initiatives, manage vendor relationships, oversee data collaboration solutions, and drive product strategy and operational excellence within the gaming industry.
