Serve as a Technology Risk SME and First Line of Defense Control Officer for an operational unit. Assess processes, risks, and controls; manage issue lifecycle in OpenPages; develop and validate MAPs; produce risk metrics and reports for senior management; engage stakeholders across Lines of Defense; provide QA, reporting, and sustain BAU control responsibilities.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain check processing software, collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality solutions and optimizing existing code.

Participate in MUFG Analyst Program training (financial markets, accounting, credit underwriting, modeling, valuation). Requires 3+ years banking service/sales operations experience, knowledge of private banking products, strong sales/service orientation, excellent verbal/written communication, and customer-focused relationship skills.

Prepare and file regulatory financial reports including daily 15c3-1 net capital computations; compute capital charges on underwriting deals; reconcile subledger trade details to Oracle GL; coordinate data across teams; maintain procedure documentation; support implementation of new regulatory requirements and automation projects; perform ad hoc reporting.

Manage restructuring and asset recovery for problem or non-performing loans. Lead workout efforts with senior management and relationship teams to limit losses, resolve complex loan issues, and own processes, reports, and procedures for the unit.

Lead FP&A for Global Markets Americas: own management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, automation and predictive analytics. Partner with business and corporate leaders, support CFO and executive reporting, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements using data tools.

Provide Level II desktop and MS Office 365 support for remote and branch users, manage IT asset provisioning and ServiceNow tickets, build/deploy workstations, troubleshoot network and endpoint issues, support executive "white glove" users, and participate in project execution and problem management for continuous service improvements.
