Partner with Global Markets front office to identify, monitor, and remediate regulatory risk for securities, swaps, and derivatives. Design and execute controls, support remediation and UAT for system enhancements, respond to desk inquiries, investigate exceptions, and contribute to regulatory change projects and industry forums.

The Analyst will support deal teams in originating and executing ABS transactions, developing pitch materials, maintaining databases, and liaising with stakeholders.

Collaborate with TRMs, TMCs, and internal partners to identify cross-sell opportunities, manage onboarding, and assist with portfolio analysis, special projects, and risk/compliance adherence.

Provide legal and regulatory advisory support to Global Markets entities (swap dealers, broker-dealer). Advise stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Compliance and Operations; manage external counsel; draft regulatory communications; support investigations, regulatory change projects, governance forums, and process/technology improvements; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risk; and assist with ad hoc projects.

Support valuation analysis and presentations for portfolio management and credit groups, update valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions), perform ad-hoc portfolio monitoring and reporting, and deliver valuation training and special projects to support underwriting and portfolio reviews.

The CLO Structurer will execute and lead CLO transaction processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and market new issues, conduct analysis, and review marketing materials.
