Manage sales operations for SLED accounts supporting Account Managers: onboard customers, maintain contract expertise (ERate, NASPO), generate quotes and BOMs, maintain Salesforce data, source vendor pricing, forecast run-rate business, identify cross-sell opportunities, and attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and close projects.

Partner with project managers and finance to resolve billing discrepancies, support revenue recognition, monitor project financials, and develop reporting/dashboards. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve billing accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Lead client-facing IT programs from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Drive governance, facilitate ceremonies, maintain program documentation, coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives to deliver measurable client value.

Analyze customer cloud infrastructure costs and utilization to identify optimization opportunities; perform trend and risk analysis; support decision-making; and collaborate on predictive and classification model development to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
