Enterprise outside sales role responsible for new account acquisition, territory growth, meeting revenue and margin targets, pipeline and forecasting, proposal writing, and maintaining customer relationships. Drive Cisco services contract renewals and upsells for SLED accounts: create renewal quotes, manage contract inventory, support Enterprise Agreement cycles, coordinate with Account Executives, Cisco, and cross-functional teams, process orders, track bookings, and deliver QBRs to grow renewal revenue and Services EA adoption.

Lead multiple technology implementation projects to deliver on time and on budget. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and change control; ensure SOW deliverables and quality. Oversee day-to-day project phases, timesheets/expenses, and client relationships. Support process improvement, maintain PM certifications, and participate in program/project management practice development.
