Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, 3D visualizations, animations, and immersive content for artist campaigns, ecommerce, and branded experiences. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, and production teams from concept through final delivery, ensuring technical specifications and cross-platform performance while advancing motion design capabilities and exploring emerging technologies.

The Director will lead analytics strategies, develop data-driven solutions, and optimize data pipelines to enhance A&R and marketing efficiency.

Lead motion design across campaigns, e-commerce, content, and digital products. Define motion systems, standards, and animation principles; create high-quality motion assets; collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, developers, and production teams; mentor designers; research emerging tools and technologies to evolve motion capabilities and integrate motion into creative workflows.

Design and optimize D2C e-commerce stores for artists: create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with developers, merchandisers, and marketing to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, conversion optimization, accessibility, and responsive design across landing pages, product pages, checkout, and campaign microsites.

Lead revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis across D2C, touring, and retail merchandise. Build scalable forecasting models, reporting, and executive reviews; partner with account, commercial, finance, planning, and operations teams to align assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy and visibility.
