The Senior Director of Product Management will drive change and innovation for Celeste, ensuring alignment across product strategy, business goals, and client needs while leading a team of product managers.

Own and grow a global portfolio of data and vertical-AI partners to drive pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling. Build joint value propositions and multi-year partner roadmaps, enable data integrations with Celeste (via MCP and agent integrations), manage executive relationships, engage in sales opportunities, embed partner plans into business units, and report partner outcomes while working cross-functionally and traveling as required.

Lead and hands-on technical principal for Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, DealCloud) driving architecture, solution design, CI/CD/DevSecOps, AI-assisted development, platform modernization, production support, and engineering excellence. Coach and mentor engineers, own delivery and incident management, set standards and reusable frameworks, and remove technical roadblocks to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Lead and grow Intapp's largest legal accounts, driving ACV retention, net revenue retention, and platform expansion. Manage and coach a team of Managing Directors, build expansion pipeline, personally lead complex executive negotiations, and align Intapp's full platform to client priorities to drive measurable outcomes.
