The role requires commercial brokerage or underwriting experience, a P&C license, and strong client-service and communication skills.

Lead corporate FP&A for Guy Carpenter: prepare consolidated reports and presentations, build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses, manage budgeting/forecasting, analyze variances and business drivers, partner with regional finance and senior stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Lead regional execution of AI capability and enablement: run coaching, triage, experimentation, and workflows; track adoption metrics; provide hands-on AI coaching and prototyping; synthesize recurring patterns into reusable assets; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; manage enablement projects and a team of analysts to scale responsible AI usage across the region.

Support AI capability adoption through structured experimentation, prompt engineering, custom GPT configuration and testing, workflow prototyping, documentation of reusable exemplars, coaching and office hours, and capturing usage patterns to inform the AI Product Strategy team. Emphasis on reliable execution, technical fluency, and enablement across the Americas Center of Excellence.
