The Senior Associate in Brand Strategy will manage client relationships, lead project teams, develop brand opportunities, and provide strategic consulting across industries, leveraging creativity and analytics to solve brand challenges.

As an Associate on the Brand Strategy team, you'll solve complex brand challenges for clients through analytical and creative methods, guide project teams, and lead content creation. Your role includes evaluating client situations, coordinating project work plans, and conducting interviews with stakeholders.

Develop and implement transfer-pricing planning and optimization strategies for cross-border intercompany transactions. Coordinate with international tax stakeholders, support audits and IDR responses, prepare analyses and documentation, model intercompany transactions and forecasts, supervise external advisors, and monitor legislative and OECD developments to mitigate transfer-pricing risk.

Lead and execute commercial and operational due diligence and post-transaction engagements for private equity clients. Manage project teams, perform data-driven analysis and customer research, develop strategic recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships. Provide thought leadership and ensure high-quality, insightful deliverables that support deal decisions and value realization.
