Provide fundamental equity research support for the Capital Appreciation team: conduct company and industry research, build and update financial models (three-statement), assist with earnings analysis, attend conferences and management meetings, collaborate across the research platform, and contribute investment insights that impact the investment process.

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent systems for cloud-native, n-tier architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders to create agent-driven workflows, champion CI and code quality, manage technical debt, and scale responsible AI solutions across the enterprise.

Partner with Alternative Investment Specialists to prospect, sell, and retain financial advisor relationships across assigned territories. Develop territory plans using data, document CRM activity (Salesforce), support meetings and follow-up, attend client-facing events, and contribute to sales, net flows, and territory growth targets.
