Sell and promote Vertiv electrical products and services across an assigned territory. Make client visits and presentations, develop accurate technical proposals and pricing, perform site walk-throughs and field visits, support marketing and trade-show activities, and meet area sales goals while participating in management and committee activities.

Manage Vertiv's Dell Technologies account across a defined Northeastern US region. Develop multi-stakeholder account and go-to-market strategies, build executive relationships, drive new and existing deals through the full sales cycle, train Dell teams on Vertiv solutions, forecast and achieve revenue targets, support channel partners, and travel frequently to customer and regional events.

Create wiring schematics, panel layouts, wire harnesses, drawings and BOMs. Collaborate cross-functionally to size/select components, support manufacturing and service, implement product/ cost-reduction changes, and resolve field issues.

Manage strategic service accounts to meet contractual SLAs by coordinating preventive maintenance, start-up/commissioning, emergency repairs, and RCARs. Build account plans and KPIs, present quarterly business reviews, support quotations, review project documentation, and drive continuous improvement while serving as the primary operational contact.

Manage critical-infrastructure and data center projects from pre-sales through commissioning. Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and contractors; track financial performance and use Smartsheet and Power BI to report project status. Visit sites, escalate issues, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.

Manage NPDI and digital/service transformation projects within a global PMO. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate service readiness into product launches, track schedules, risks, and KPIs, support stage-gate governance, maintain PMO tools and reporting (Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project), and contribute to PMO process improvements and stakeholder communications.

Manage NPDI and digital/service transformation projects within a global PMO.
