The Vice President will oversee performance metrics for Blackstone's Private Equity platforms, enhance operational resource prioritization, and lead portfolio data strategy initiatives involving AI deployment.

Lead planning and execution of global paid media and advertising campaigns across markets. Coordinate agencies, creative, production, measurement, budgets, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality campaign delivery and performance reporting.

Support development and implementation of multi-asset investment strategies, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, liquidity and performance monitoring. Produce high-quality client and leadership materials, research market trends, ensure compliance, and collaborate across TPM and client-facing teams to inform investment decisions.

Support and evolve SRE practices: implement and maintain observability, monitoring, alerting, automation, and resilience for services. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, postmortems, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Partner with TPM's Global COO to run day-to-day operations, manage client onboardings and requests, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, streamline and automate workflows, and produce executive-ready materials to support business strategy and growth.

Serve as strategic partner to the Global Head of Total Portfolio Management, driving execution of TPM priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct investment research and analysis, produce executive-quality content and updates, manage internal communications, and optimize processes to improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.

Manage fund accounting, oversee financial statements, collaborate with deal and legal teams, review calculations, and assist with audits and projects.
