Provide administrative support to senior leadership, manage schedules and travel, coordinate meetings, handle calls, and complete expenses.

Lead day-to-day T&E and invoice allocation operations, enforce expense policy, oversee expense reporting and system workflows (Concur, EAS), manage and train junior staff, provide user support and troubleshooting, drive process improvements and controls, and partner with stakeholders to resolve exceptions and operational risks.

Analyze and underwrite GP stakes investments, conduct sector research, develop financial models, monitor portfolio performance, assist with investor communications, and contribute to team discussions.

Lead and manage fund formation legal matters for institutional funds across the fundraising lifecycle. Advise on LPAs, side letters, subscription documents, LP dynamics, governance, and investor relations; coordinate with outside counsel, business teams, and operations; mentor junior attorneys; and advise on regulatory issues (Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, ERISA, securities laws) and cross-border/offshore structuring.

Support public relations for senior executives and firmwide communications: draft press releases, prepare executive briefings, monitor media coverage, coordinate events, manage internal communications, and lead social media content and review processes.
