The Vice President will oversee performance metrics for Blackstone's Private Equity platforms, enhance operational resource prioritization, and lead portfolio data strategy initiatives involving AI deployment.

Serve as strategic partner to the Global Head of Total Portfolio Management, driving execution of TPM priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct investment research and analysis, produce executive-quality content and updates, manage internal communications, and optimize processes to improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.

Support BXMA's Investment Oversight Solutions team by creating and testing investment guidelines, managing investor and service‑provider communications, maintaining and validating portfolio data, analyzing investment and operational information, and driving projects to enhance guideline monitoring and oversight across hedge fund strategies.

The Compliance AVP manages regulatory matters, drafts policies, communicates with investors, coordinates with teams on compliance issues, and prepares for regulatory exams.

Lead operational oversight for strategic insurance clients, manage investment portfolios, ensure compliance with SLAs, develop automated workflows, and resolve client issues.
