The Paralegal, Commercial role supports the legal team in managing commercial agreements, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and conducting legal research.

Drive analysis, improvement, and support of systems and processes for product development. Gather requirements, document workflows, create functional specs and training materials, support system enhancements, testing, user training, change management, and end-user support to improve product data management and adoption.

Lead design and solution architecture for SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes. Configure Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and integrations (POS, CAR, EDI). Drive fit-to-standard workshops, prepare WRICEF and test plans, support data migration (Syniti), integration testing (CPI), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors and integration/data teams to enable omnichannel and real-time inventory capabilities.

Conceptualize, design, and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital (ads, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, internal collateral). Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams, interpret briefs, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and ensure consistency across brands.

Manage domestic key accounts as the primary contact, driving sales through data analysis, category management, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop strategies, present to internal and external partners, optimize catalog and marketing spend, and identify growth opportunities.
