Provides first-line and escalated IT support for employees through ticket triage, troubleshooting, endpoint deployment, Active Directory and PowerShell administration, patching, and endpoint management. Supports conference room systems, printers, onboarding and offboarding, asset inventory, documentation, audits, and IT projects. The role is primarily on-site in Manhattan four days per week and includes an after-hours on-call rotation.

Lead multiemployer health benefits engagements, manage large complex client relationships, deliver senior actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design, financing, vendor selection, and benefit strategy. Oversee marketing and vendor searches, mentor and lead actuarial teams, ensure quality and peer review, and contribute to business development and presentations.
