Leads product and workflow implementation for Fixed Income business activities, including booking models, trade flows, risk infrastructure, capital consumption, and RWA optimization. Monitors risk exposures, stress testing, and limit compliance while coordinating with risk, legal, and compliance teams. Provides senior management with financial performance analysis, P&L attribution, resource allocation reviews, and business planning insights.

The Associate Market Manager oversees market management, employee retention, revenue growth, compliance, and team development. They drive sales initiatives and manage market performance.

Build and maintain Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations, including Snowflake connectivity. Develop LLM-powered features, prompt workflows, structured outputs, and RAG applications.
