The Analyst/Associate will support the investment team by conducting diligence on investments, performing financial analyses, managing relationships, and reporting to investors.

Conduct research and develop mathematical models and algorithms for electronic trading, pricing, hedging, and risk management. Perform statistical analysis, simulations, and numerical methods to turn theory into trading strategies and robust pricing tools. Collaborate with developers and traders to implement prototypes and guide deployment in production trading environments.

Lead product development for Institutional Securities by gathering detailed user requirements, creating product plans, coordinating design and QA, managing rollouts and training, triaging post-launch issues, and liaising between business and global development teams.

Build and maintain full‑stack applications and services for fixed‑income derivatives automation. Develop GUIs and backend systems to optimize margin/notional, reduce operational and credit risk, support P&L reporting, and deliver scalable global solutions using Agile practices.

Serve as Fund Controller for Morgan Stanley Private Credit funds, overseeing NAV reporting, SEC filings, valuations, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, administrator and third-party provider management, and supervising analysts. Ensure timely deliverables for investors, regulatory compliance, and implementation of accounting policies and improvements.

Lead product ownership for Account Maintenance across Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE web and mobile platforms. Drive discovery, strategy, and execution for profile, market data, preferences, beneficiary management, and advisor/customer service features. Partner with technology, UX, delivery, and stakeholders to increase self-service, regulatory compliance, and feature adoption; present to leadership and optimize workflows.

Drive mortgage pricing strategy and analytics: translate market and portfolio data into actionable insights, partner cross-functionally, build and automate models and visualizations, and support ad-hoc and strategic initiatives to improve profitability and client outcomes.

The role involves risk modelling for equity derivatives, building tools for trading, and supporting the risk management process. Requires strong quantitative skills and programming knowledge.

Support Equity Derivative Solutions by coordinating client onboarding to the IED platform, managing trade lifecycle execution, driving process and policy adherence, implementing process and technology improvements, assisting project management, and maintaining reporting and metrics while acting as a key internal stakeholder contact.
