Work within Global Capital Markets' Project, Commodity, and Infrastructure Finance group to structure and execute financing solutions for power, energy/energy transition, and infrastructure projects. Perform financial modeling and analysis, monitor market and regulatory trends, manage deal execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout structuring, marketing, and negotiation.

Support Equity Derivative Solutions by coordinating client onboarding to the IED platform, managing trade lifecycle execution, driving process and policy adherence, implementing process and technology improvements, assisting project management, and maintaining reporting and metrics while acting as a key internal stakeholder contact.

Advise power & energy clients on equity capital raises (IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, private placements); originate, structure and execute transactions; perform complex financial analysis; manage multiple projects and distribution; deliver client-focused capital markets solutions under tight deadlines.
