The Treasury Manager leads global liquidity management, including daily cash and crypto positioning, liquidity forecasting, pooling and yield optimization, working capital improvement, cash reporting, treasury systems development, FX risk management, and banking relationships. The role partners across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Crypto Operations while mentoring junior team members.

Build dependable, measurable AI systems, translate customer needs into technical solutions, enable engineering teams, and contribute to architecture and production code. Manage, hire, mentor, and develop the AI platform engineering team while remaining hands-on with full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and modern LLM/GenAI systems.

Lead a greenfield engineering team integrating Ripple’s digital asset capabilities with its enterprise Treasury platform. Build full-stack .NET and Angular or React solutions, recruit and mentor up to four developers, establish engineering practices, and deliver secure, auditable software in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Partner with product, compliance, treasury, and digital asset teams to develop solutions for corporate treasury workflows, including custody, tokenized assets, XRP, RLUSD, and cross-border settlement.

Manage and scale global employee giving and volunteering programs, administer CSR platform, coordinate volunteer events and nonprofit partnerships, drive internal engagement through communications, track and report participation metrics, and travel to regional offices (20-25%).
