Serve as strategic finance partner to executive leadership: lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts; build scenario and multi-year cash models; own monthly and quarterly business reviews; analyze ARR, revenue, margins and cash flow; build AI-enabled FP&A processes and dashboards; support pricing, GTM investments, capital allocation, board reporting and investor materials.

Manage global payroll accounting and outsourced providers, handle payroll funding/reconciliation/journal entries, oversee equity administration in Carta, support stock-based compensation accounting, partner with People Ops and Legal, and assist monthly close, audits, and payroll-related compliance across multiple geographies.
