Lead Garner's Financial Incentives product portfolio, owning strategy and roadmap for member incentives, payment mechanisms, employer plan design, and claims/payments platform. Build and mentor a team of product managers, partner cross-functionally to ship secure, scalable money-movement systems, define key metrics, and prioritize work across regulatory and 0-to-1 product challenges.

Lead the Payment Foundations team to design and deliver a secure, scalable payments platform. Own roadmap, partner/vendor integrations, APIs, financial ledger, reconciliation, compliance standards, and cross-functional delivery with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable money movement and reimbursement use cases.

Lead the Employer Experience product team owning employer-facing Portal, invoicing and eligibility systems, and internal tools. Define strategy and roadmap, build revenue and membership data products, and partner with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to deliver scalable, production-ready employer and broker experiences.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain data pipelines, build reusable data sets, validate data integrity, and ensure user privacy and security. This role requires strong expertise in SQL and Python, and familiarity with AWS and various data technologies.
