Lead the Financial Incentives (FIN) engineering function end-to-end (ingestion, eligibility, adjudication, accumulation, payments/treasury). Own correctness, reliability, security, roadmap, hiring and development of managers and senior ICs. Build and expand relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers in the 1,000–9,999 employee market. Develop strategic advisor partnerships, lead complex cross-functional deals, close new business, and shape regional sales strategy with enterprise and account teams.

Owns direct enterprise sales across a national territory of education employers, including universities, school districts, benefits pools, and associations. Manages prospecting, quotas, pipelines, and end-to-end RFP pursuits involving consultants, procurement, finalist presentations, and governance approvals. Builds strategic relationships with education benefits consultants, pool administrators, and benefits directors while communicating competitive value propositions. Requires deep health benefits and education-sector sales expertise, enterprise selling experience, data literacy, and sales process development skills.

Own retention and upsell efforts for large employer clients, serving as a strategic partner on health plan design, cost performance, and plan outcomes. Manage broker and client relationships, monitor account health, address risks, resolve strategic issues, and collaborate with account managers and product, data, and technology teams. Develop customized reports and presentations demonstrating client value and ROI while improving net revenue retention and account performance.

Own end-to-end monthly invoicing (~800 invoices/month) and Accounts Receivable including collections, cash application, and reconciliations. Maintain controls, validate invoices, manage A/R inbox and client inquiries, operate and improve automation/AI tooling, maintain billing data/portals, track billing KPIs (DSO, aging, error rates), and keep SOPs and documentation current.
