The Global VP & GM, Partner Ecosystem will lead the strategy and execution of Ping Identity's global partner ecosystem, focusing on building alliances to drive growth and enhance product synergy.

Lead and scale a team of Technical Account Managers supporting Elite customers to deploy, integrate, and optimize Ping Identity solutions. Drive operational strategy, account health, risk mitigation, executive advocacy, and cross-functional alignment to preserve retention and elevate customer experience. Own escalations, architectural reviews, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering.

Lead product strategy and execution for Ping Identity's Identity for AI solution. Gather market and customer input, define technical requirements, prioritize roadmap and backlog, and work with engineering, design, sales, and GTM to build, launch, and refine features that secure agentic AI. Enable sales and partners, perform market analysis, and leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile SDKs, backend APIs, and web UIs. Write and review test code, perform manual testing, troubleshoot distributed-system issues, communicate test strategies and metrics, and work in an Agile/Scrum environment to improve product quality.

As VP of Product & Solution Marketing, you will shape strategy, influence market perception, manage go-to-market plans, and drive revenue growth for enterprise identity solutions.

Lead and own Ping's internal IAM architecture and roadmap for WIAM and CIAM. Design, implement, operate, and improve identity platforms (SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning), define role/access models, troubleshoot complex auth and provisioning issues, drive governance and access reviews, maintain lab/test environments, and partner with product, IT, security, HR, and engineering to adopt new Ping capabilities.

Lead technical customer success for enterprise clients: manage major incidents, drive onboarding and adoption, develop success plans, analyze usage and risks, advise on IAM/cloud architectures, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and influence stakeholders including C-level.
