Manages multiple technical projects within the PMO, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, developing project plans and metrics, monitoring risks, and driving execution. The Senior Product Owner leads end-to-end product execution for business automation and AI applications. Responsibilities include roadmap definition, backlog management, Agile ceremonies, engineering and QA partnership, UAT, production support, KPI-driven prioritization, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and strategic project delivery. The role also mentors junior product staff, establishes product management standards, and supports cross-functional initiatives with a path toward product management leadership.
