Lead and coordinate change management across all Hudson Tunnel Project packages: evaluate scope/schedule/cost changes, manage Notice of Proposed Changes log, support Contractor-Initiated Change Order reviews, develop negotiation strategies with program and SEP teams, maintain version control and change records, contribute to reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of change control processes and tools.

Manage cost management and reporting for a large rail construction program. Lead a project controls team, assess impacts of design/schedule changes, develop reporting systems, produce statistical/cost reports, and interface with clients and stakeholders.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, inspection, and construction for heavy movable bridge structures and systems. Provide technical leadership, produce plans/calculations/specifications/estimates, manage project quality, budgets, and junior staff, and coordinate with stakeholders for rehabilitation and new movable bridge projects.

Lead electronic and physical document control for rail/transit projects: maintain file archives, perform QC, scan and name files per conventions, manage as-built and closeout records, coordinate onboarding with project teams and IT.

Coordinate design activities, procurement, contract administration, and document control for a major rail infrastructure program. Track design deliverables, support procurement solicitations and awards, manage contracts and records in PMIS, assist audits and change processes, and provide technical support during construction to ensure compliance with federal regulations and project requirements.

Lead development and implementation of an FTA/FRA compliance oversight program for the Hudson Tunnel Project. Evaluate procedures, identify gaps and risks, produce corrective action plans, manage USDOT/FTA/FRA audit responses, and monitor implementation. Collaborate with departments to assess impacts of new guidance and ensure federal grant compliance for a complex, multi-stakeholder rail infrastructure program.

Lead multi-discipline design teams for large rail and transit design-build projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, stakeholder coordination, contract terms, and delivery from concept through final design to meet client and contractual requirements.
