Lead mechanical design, analysis, inspection, and construction for heavy movable bridge structures and systems. Provide technical leadership, produce plans/calculations/specifications/estimates, manage project quality, budgets, and junior staff, and coordinate with stakeholders for rehabilitation and new movable bridge projects.

Lead systems integration and interface management for a multi‑billion rail program. Perform RAMS and safety engineering for CBTC and rail systems across North America: develop safety specifications, conduct hazard analyses (FTA, PHA, SHA/SSHA/IHA/OSHA), manage hazard logs, review V&V and test & commissioning from a safety perspective, prepare safety cases per EN50129, and coordinate approvals with contractors and independent safety assessors.

Configure and maintain GIS databases and BIM models for a major rail infrastructure program. Provide application support for PMIS/Kahua, ensure GIS-BIM alignment, support digital twins and spatial analytics, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist quality assurance and change management.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.
