Lead the build-out and management of CoreWeave University’s learning operations and systems: configure and optimize the LMS and platform integrations, design measurement frameworks and dashboards, ensure data integrity, run program operations, and manage vendor/content partnerships. Drive scalable processes, partner with IT/HRIS, and use data and AI-enabled tools to surface insights and continuously improve learning delivery.

Support capacity planning and infrastructure investment decisions through forecasting, financial and operational modeling, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cross-functional partnership. Translate operational inputs into CapEx, depreciation, cost of revenue, cash flow, and margin impacts. Prepare reporting and commentary for finance leadership and improve model controls and planning processes.

Lead and expand the SRE/Production Engineering team to ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Drive SRE strategy, automation-first practices (IaC, Terraform, Kubernetes), incident management, postmortems, SLO/SLA frameworks, on-call strategy, and system hardening. Collaborate with engineering, product, hardware, and security teams to build scalable, resilient, self-healing AI-focused cloud infrastructure.

Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant Kubernetes control-plane components. Develop Helm charts, custom controllers and CRDs, build deployment automation, monitoring, dashboards, and participate in on-call operations to ensure platform reliability and operability.

Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, collaborate with teams, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers.

The Director of Expansion PMO will manage CoreWeave's data center expansion, ensuring deal oversight, program management, and cross-functional coordination for international initiatives.
