Lead the build-out and management of CoreWeave University’s learning operations and systems: configure and optimize the LMS and platform integrations, design measurement frameworks and dashboards, ensure data integrity, run program operations, and manage vendor/content partnerships. Drive scalable processes, partner with IT/HRIS, and use data and AI-enabled tools to surface insights and continuously improve learning delivery.

Partner with business leaders to build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and headcount models. Improve FP&A processes and reporting, perform ROI and scenario analyses, support variance analysis with Accounting, and deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Leads GPU capacity planning within FP&A, managing financial forecasts, budgets, capital expenditure models, infrastructure reporting, and unit economics across computing assets. Partners with engineering, operations, capacity planning, fleet, and supply chain teams to track KPIs, optimize infrastructure investments, and improve forecast accuracy. Produces variance, scenario, stress-test, and executive reports while supporting fixed asset accounting process improvements.

Owns end-to-end delivery of data center network infrastructure, including fabric turn-ups, backbone deployments, and peering expansions. Translates capacity forecasts and architecture into technical program requirements, plans, schedules, and dependencies. Leads cross-functional execution across networking, architecture, supply chain, and data center operations; resolves hardware, optics, cabling, and automation issues; reports risks and KPIs to leadership; and establishes scalable deployment processes.

Maintains internal technical education content and coordinates recurring Lunch and Learns, engineering demos, and training sessions. Responsibilities include speaker scheduling, notes and recording publication, content audits, editorial updates, research, drafting, request tracking, and improving content discoverability. The role partners with engineers and subject matter experts to turn technical material into accessible learning resources and supports instructional design and curriculum development.

Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems, collaborate with teams, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant Kubernetes control-plane components. Develop Helm charts, custom controllers and CRDs, build deployment automation, monitoring, dashboards, and participate in on-call operations to ensure platform reliability and operability.
