Drive revenue growth through RSA’s North American channel ecosystem by managing national partners, building pipeline, supporting partner-led opportunities, and closing enterprise and public-sector deals. The role develops joint go-to-market plans, enables partners, collaborates with field sales, monitors pipeline and partner performance, positions cybersecurity and cloud solutions, and serves as the primary contact for partner sales activity.

The Account Executive drives revenue growth through channel partnerships, supporting partner-led sales, and executing the North American channel strategy while building relationships with partners.

Serve as a senior security operations advisor: lead incident response, tune detection tooling (SIEM/SOAR/XDR/EDR), apply identity-centric and Zero Trust controls, advise product/R&D on secure-by-design, document runbooks and metrics, automate tasks, mentor teammates, and communicate findings across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own end-to-end revenue forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansion. Build revenue models by product/segment/geography, analyze forecast accuracy, partner with Sales/RevOps and Accounting, present forecasts to leadership, support annual planning, scenario modeling, and management/lender reporting.

Lead finance business partner for GTM OpEx planning and management across Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Support, and Services. Own budget and quarterly forecasts, analyze spend trends, build dashboards, drive cost-efficiency initiatives, lead business reviews, partner with Accounting on month-end activities, and support ad hoc modeling and scenario planning for GTM leadership.

Lead and grow the CRM team and own Salesforce and HubSpot strategy, roadmap, governance, integrations, and operational excellence. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Services to modernize CRM capabilities, drive adoption, automation and AI initiatives, deliver cross-functional projects, and ensure secure, scalable, and measurable CRM outcomes.
