Summer internship in a rotational CEO Leadership Development Program. Independently lead strategic projects across business units, perform market and data analysis, prepare executive briefings and presentations, attend executive meetings, and receive executive mentorship and leadership training with potential for full-time placement.

The Project Manager - Interiors oversees tenant improvement projects in retail banks, ensuring compliance, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Support execution of complex real estate finance transactions by underwriting deals, analyzing financials, leases and market data, preparing offering memorandums and client materials, managing diligence/document flow and marketing outreach, conducting market research, and building and auditing financial models using Excel and Argus.

Coordinate and support projects including tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building/site repairs. Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications; assist with cost estimates, schedules, contractor selection, due diligence building evaluations, and status reporting. Obtain approvals for project plans and expenditures and perform related operational assignments.

Support local market research by collecting and entering property, lease, sale, tenant, and construction data into proprietary databases. Maintain and review third-party data sources, assist with quarterly statistics and publications, populate photo and tenant databases, and support regional and national research projects under the Research Manager's supervision.

Oversee construction project implementation from planning through completion: manage budgets, forecasts and master schedules; lead RFQ/RFP, vendor/contractor selection and contract negotiation; manage design, permitting, procurement, entitlements, and post-construction services; liaise with clients, property managers and stakeholders; apply PDS technology and ensure project risk and quality controls.

Manage and coordinate construction and tenant-improvement projects at client sites and campuses. Develop budgets, schedules, reports, and drawings; oversee consultants and contractors; review change orders and invoices; ensure compliance with codes and client policies; collaborate with account and facility teams; supervise staff and support business development.

Lead brokerage operations for the NYC office: advise leadership, manage administrative staff, optimize processes, support financial operations (budgeting, forecasting, AR/AP), oversee recruiting/onboarding, maintain CRM/data accuracy, coordinate facilities/IT, and run events and projects to ensure efficient business operations.

Manage tenant improvement and facility projects onsite: develop budgets, timelines, reports and drawings; oversee consultants and construction teams; review change orders and invoices; ensure compliance with codes and client policies; coordinate with account and facility teams; supervise project staff and support marketing of services.

Hands-on business and delivery analyst who translates stakeholder needs into data integration solutions. Leads current/future-state and gap analysis, requirements, mapping, migration, testing, and delivery coordination. Partners with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing to streamline workflows, promote data-driven decisions, and support adoption of analytics and cloud-based tools to improve operational outcomes.
