Partners with IT Operations and Security on governance, privacy, compliance, and secure deployment. Documents solutions, trains teams, and continuously improves automations based on usage and feedback.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Minted’s e-commerce discovery experience across search, browse, navigation, category, and product detail pages. Use customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and product data to improve discovery and conversion. Partner with engineering, design, merchandising, marketing, SEO, and adjacent product teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives, define instrumentation, manage dependencies, and measure business impact. Mentor other product managers and establish high standards for product strategy, execution, and customer experience.

Create digitally native multidisciplinary creative work across social, paid media, email, web, and other digital experiences. Produce design, motion, video, photography, and mixed-media assets; collaborate with social, copy, marketing, and production; manage multiple projects and iterate quickly to translate creative direction into polished executions.
