As a Senior Staff Data Scientist, you will lead data science initiatives, mentor teams, develop frameworks for experimentation, and collaborate across departments to drive decision-making through data insights.

Lead the Wonder Create product from concept to MVP, defining creator experiences and marketplace mechanics. Partner with AI, robotics, operations, design, and engineering to build scalable creator tools, validate business models, optimize pricing and fees, and ensure AI-generated menus are producible in robotic kitchens. Prioritize features, run experiments, and drive metrics toward product-market fit in a fast 0-to-1 environment.

Provide high-level executive support to the CFO and coordinate investor relations activities: manage complex calendar and deliverables, organize investor and board meetings, maintain IR CRM, draft and proof investor materials, process expenses and invoices, handle travel logistics, and protect confidential financial information while driving operational improvements.

Manage and grow a book of enterprise merchant accounts by building strategic, long-term relationships, driving advertising and marketing revenue, optimizing performance via data analysis, leading product demos/troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members. Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite leaders including complex calendar management, executive communications, meeting and event coordination, travel and expense processing, and operational improvements. Serve as a trusted liaison, maintain confidential information, and drive efficiency across executive offices.

Lead FP&A for Wonder NA, partnering with senior leadership to manage reporting, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, overheads, and Anaplan implementation. Drive data-driven insights, build driver-based models, use SQL/Looker/BigQuery and automation/AI to streamline reporting, and lead cross-functional projects including growth, operational efficiency, and M&A support.

Lead Wonder's treasury function and capital strategy: execute financings, manage liquidity and banking relationships, build cash forecasting and treasury policies, support IPO readiness, and partner on M&A and cash flow reporting.

Lead strategy and execution for demand forecasting and ordering of customer SKUs. Map current processes, define performance metrics, analyze forecast accuracy, set roadmap for model and data improvements, guide engineering/data science, and drive cross-functional delivery to improve fill rates, reduce waste, and impact P&L.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll tax compliance: review timesheets, oversee ADP tax filings, track federal/state/local tax law, reconcile payroll taxes (including Form 941), process W-2 amendments in Workday and ADP, maintain payroll SOPs, manage state withholding and unemployment accounts, and support employees and managers with payroll inquiries.
