Configure and tailor the platform, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, act as an internal SME, and drive successful adoption and optimization for enterprise customers.

Serve as primary customer liaison, deliver strategic guidance, monitor health and usage, run executive reviews, coordinate cross-functional responses, and lead renewals and expansions while maintaining accurate account documentation.
