Manages complex employee benefits accounts, serving as the primary client contact and providing consultative guidance on plan design, renewals, funding strategies, claims, and financial performance. Drive new business placement for high-net-worth personal lines clients: quote, underwrite, and bind policies; manage onboarding and data entry; cultivate carrier and internal relationships; collaborate with Risk Advisors and Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
