As a Customer Success Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical advisor for enterprise clients, guiding the deployment of Strivacity's CIAM platform, managing onboarding, and the overall success of customer projects.

The Sales Development Representative will identify, prospect, and qualify leads, execute outbound campaigns, and collaborate with marketing to support pipeline generation.

Design intuitive, scalable identity experiences by partnering with US product leadership and a Hungary engineering team. Produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI; introduce lightweight UX processes, run lean research, evolve a design system, and ensure design intent through development.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for Strivacity's CIAM portfolio. Develop go-to-market strategy, sales collateral, buyer personas, and competitive battlecards. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support launches, analyst relations, and AI-driven access positioning.

Maintain, automate, and improve operational tools and customer deployment processes; monitor and ensure service SLOs, backup/restore, alerting, and incident response; drive GitOps/IaC practices, cost tracking, and automation of repetitive tasks while supporting outages and upgrades.
