Support a core set of clients by guiding users on Numerator's Insights platform, performing ad-hoc/custom analyses using proprietary consumer panel data, delivering actionable analytic insights and recommendations, and presenting findings across channels including industry forums and written content.

Design, build, and productionize complex Bayesian and probabilistic modeling pipelines. Lead methodology and technical direction, collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering, mentor data scientists, communicate results to stakeholders, and apply hierarchical, state-space, time-series, and graphical modeling at scale with strong emphasis on uncertainty and model validation.

Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects for assigned clients: scope, design surveys, define samples, analyze data, and deliver client-ready insights and recommendations. Serve as primary client contact, guide clients to full-service or DIY solutions on Numerator's platform, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, mentor analysts, support sales and consulting efforts, and manage multiple projects while protecting scope, quality, and timelines. Travel as required.

Serve as primary client contact and engagement lead for CPG and retail clients, managing projects and delivering insights from consumer panel and survey data. Drive platform utilization, prototype product enhancements, support sales as a subject matter expert, create thought leadership, and present data-driven recommendations. Requires strong project management, Excel and BI skills, CPG/retailer domain knowledge, and occasional travel.

Sell Numerator's market intelligence solutions to enterprise CPG clients. Prospect and expand accounts, manage full sales cycle, build executive relationships, uncover client needs, demonstrate product value, negotiate and close contracts, and collaborate with account management and solutions teams.

Manage post-onboarding customer relationships to drive product adoption, deliver measurable value, and act as a trusted advisor. Support renewals and expansion, conduct training and business reviews, create impact stories, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs. Manage a portfolio of ~30 clients and travel occasionally.

Own post-onboarding relationships for enterprise clients, act as trusted advisor, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, run executive reviews, monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, develop success plans, surface ROI and impact stories, and collaborate cross-functionally to support renewals and expansion.
