Coordinate and drive customer onboardings by owning requirements, tracking dependencies across internal teams, preparing and validating onboarding files, surfacing risks early, supporting customer communications, and improving onboarding processes. Grow into direct account ownership while managing multiple concurrent implementations and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on closing large enterprise deals, building pipelines, and delivering customized business pitches while collaborating closely with sales engineering and product teams.

Design and run the companys first sales enablement program to train enterprise AEs (and later SDRs, SEs, CSMs) in construction domain fluency. Create onboarding, certification, curricula, playbooks, AI-supported self-service training, and analytics to measure ramp, deal quality, and win rates. Partner cross-functionally to translate product releases into sales-ready content and continuously iterate training via data and feedback.
