Own and support end-to-end GTM financial planning, develop financial strategies and investment business cases, improve planning processes and data quality, and partner with budget owners and senior leaders. The role requires advanced financial modeling, SaaS unit economics, driver-based forecasting, three-statement modeling, scenario analysis, SQL, BI tools, and strong executive communication.

Own end-to-end financial planning for G&A teams within Mixpanel’s FP&A organization. Develop financial strategies, business cases, forecasts, models, and scenario analyses; improve planning processes, tooling, and data quality; and lead cross-functional analysis. Partner with budget owners and senior functional leaders to resolve forecast differences, ensure metric consistency, and provide clear financial narratives supporting strategic investment and business decisions.

Own the technical infrastructure and integrations powering Mixpanel’s marketing website and lead-capture systems. Build and maintain front-end forms, CRM and marketing automation integrations, monitoring, alerting, technical SEO, experimentation tools, and GTM systems. Establish the technical roadmap, manage concurrent workstreams, improve reliability, reduce technical debt, and collaborate with Marketing, Web Design, and Growth Engineering to deliver durable production systems.

Own the pre-sales technical journey for Mixpanel, including discovery, technical fit assessment, tailored demos, competitive positioning, and structured proofs of concept. Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and objection handling, define measurable POC success criteria, validate customer data and technology stacks, and support post-sale technical evaluations for cross-sell and expansion. Ensure high-quality handoffs to Delivery Engineers and maintain awareness of production requirements.

Own day-to-day execution of Mixpanel for Startups: grow partner relationships with accelerators/VCs, drive founder engagement and cohort adoption, run outbound acquisition campaigns, coordinate sales handoffs, report on program outcomes, and represent Mixpanel at founder events and demo days.

Own customer value and adoption plans for a B2B SaaS account portfolio. Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, connect Mixpanel usage to measurable outcomes and ROI, lead enablement and business reviews, monitor account health, identify expansion and renewal opportunities, triage product issues, and advise customers on AI-enabled product workflows. Collaborate with Account Executives, renewal teams, Product, Engineering, and GTM partners to drive adoption and share best practices.
