Own customer value and adoption plans for a B2B SaaS account portfolio. Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, connect Mixpanel usage to measurable outcomes and ROI, lead enablement and business reviews, monitor account health, identify expansion and renewal opportunities, triage product issues, and advise customers on AI-enabled product workflows. Collaborate with Account Executives, renewal teams, Product, Engineering, and GTM partners to drive adoption and share best practices.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across LATAM, including sourcing new business, expanding existing accounts, qualifying opportunities, forecasting, and closing deals. Build regional buyer and market expertise, develop reusable sales playbooks, partner with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and demos, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Enablement on regional messaging and growth.
