Own commercial growth for Adyen's F&B vertical across NA and EMEA. Define global GTM and pricing strategies, create playbooks and business cases, act as vertical subject-matter expert, inform product and partnership strategy, and drive customer segmentation and revenue initiatives. Partner with commercial, product, and partnerships teams and represent customer needs internally and externally.

Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to ensure efficient rollout of complex projects, drive process improvements, and collaborate with global teams while fostering a supportive team culture.
