Drive adoption, retention, renewals and expansion by aligning SmartRecruiters solutions to customer strategy, orchestrating cross-functional teams, running executive business reviews, analyzing account health, resolving escalations, and influencing product and service direction to deliver measurable outcomes.

Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers: drive adoption, value realization, renewals, expansions, and advocacy. Prepare renewal strategy and materials, manage risk, collaborate cross-functionally, deliver executive value reviews, use data to monitor customer health, and support product adoption and release readiness.
