Develops consumer propositions, product briefs, business cases, stage-gate recommendations, go-to-market plans, and learning agendas. Partners cross-functionally with insights, finance, product development, regulatory, quality, operations, supply chain, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to create and scale new products and growth platforms.

Own retention and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, on-site personalization, retargeting, loyalty, referrals, and customer experience touchpoints. Lead strategy, execution, testing, segmentation, triggered communications, personalization, and cross-functional launches. Partner with data, platform, creative, brand, and customer experience teams to improve list growth, conversion, churn, lifetime value, acquisition, and repeat revenue.
