Develops market-informed growth strategies, manages complex customer opportunities, and coordinates engineering, operations, contracts, and service teams. The role requires strong knowledge of turbomachinery controls, power generation or oil and gas markets, technical product applications, data-driven decision-making, and advanced commercial negotiation skills.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations; partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors; document mappings and runbooks; monitor and troubleshoot production integrations; evaluate release impacts and improve reliability and data quality.
